You may redistribute SpellEditor with your application provided that the license file SpellEditor.lic is not distributed with your application.  The license file is for developer machines only, and may not be redistributed under any circumstances.  Failure to ensure this constitutes a violation of your software license.

You may not simply repackage SpellEditor with a thin layer of code on top - SpellEditor must be used in an application that has substantive meaningful differences from the control itself.
